Issue reporting

In case of occurrence of issues related to execution of tasks or functionality of the program itself you can use an internal issue reporting system available with the QCG-Now’s interface.

Notice: A large number of issues is not directly related to the functionality of QCG-Now, but to the computational infrastructure where QCG-Now connects. If there is such a suspicion, it is adviced to submit a ticket to the dedicated helpdesk of the infrastructure (eg. helpdesk.plgrid.pl).

Depending on a situation, there are two ways of issue reporting availalble in QCG-Now:

  1. Reporting an issue related to problems in the execution of a concrete task: click on Report issue in the details view of the main window.
  2. Reporting a general issue: select from the main window’s menu Help -> Report issue.

We will try to respond to the reports as quickly as possible.
